The Brief
thebigteam was engaged to support a premium brand national sales company and their internal teams in migrating to an agency sales model.
Approach
thebigteam spent time with the brand's key stakeholders to understand their needs and establish the suitable mediums to use for the audience; following this discovery phase, the team developed and deployed a series of engagement activities that could be completed physically and be run as a live broadcast activity for those working remotely. The work also included creating a series of short video assets to support people's knowledge and access to learning assets.
