Engagement Activity

"A great way of learning, thank you."
"Informative and engaging sessions!"

The Brief

Having delivered an online training pack to their staff, the client had a requirement, before going live, to bring the compliance model to life with an engagement activity.

Approach

The potential ramifications of a breach in firewall compliance are severe and can have significant implications for individuals within the business; thebigteam's approach to engaging the staff within the business was simple gamification. This was done by creating several scenarios, shown on cards, that posed questions to the 'audience' about their understanding of the principles the firewall principles. The cards had to be placed in the correct place on the board. The challenge stimulated positive dialogue amongst those 'playing' as they endeavoured to resolve the scenarios.
