85 great practice clips captured from retailers in Europe, the US and the UK, published to a global audience!

The Brief

Identify great retail aftersales practices from the UAE, EU, UK and US retail networks and create short video blogs for each one, where the retailers tell the story.

Approach

thebigteam, with the customer, identified retailers that were delivering outstanding results from the UAE, Europe, the UK and the US; and visited those retailers to discover some of the great things they did. thebigteam created video blogs of the retailers telling their stories about how they make those great things happen.

Outcome

After an initial pilot wave of 20 Great Practice clips from sites in the UK, thebigteam was asked to create 65 more, capturing great practice ideas from the UAE, the US, Europe, and the UK, making over 85 Great Practice vlogs. The clips were translated into seven languages and shared globally across the OEM's entire global retail network.
