Programme and Project Specialist
Luke is a Project and Programme Delivery Lead with over 16 years’ experience driving complex transformation — from operational deployments in high-threat environments to large-scale digital change across Government and the Automotive sector.
He began his career as a British Army infantry officer, leading operations and Defence diplomacy in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and East Africa. His experience includes managing international stakeholders, overseeing conflict stability programmes, and commanding over 200 personnel in preparation for combat. These roles honed his leadership under pressure, strategic planning, and risk management — skills that continue to underpin his approach to civilian projects.
Since transitioning into industry, Luke has delivered strategic transformation for organisations such as the UK Home Office and a major global automotive manufacturer. He has shaped and implemented large-scale digital programmes, combining delivery assurance, stakeholder alignment, and product-led thinking to drive value. Alongside his delivery leadership, he is also a technically capable generalist — comfortable prototyping tools, building full-stack applications (with a particular strength in Python), and bridging the gap between users and technology.
