For a programme and change management consultancy we ARE a little different and we are certainly innovative. Take the simple process of writing a proposal; most would opt for set of slides or a document ... well how about an activity box where the client builds their own proposal from our costed ideas.

We explore, listen, learn, and we create.

As part of our work over the last few years, we have been involved in some amazing innovations - we have dreamt up concepts, created designs, built prototypes, and seen them through to realisation.

So, let's share a few game-changers that we have done!

 

 

 

SimPACE

thebigteam identified an opportunity to gamify the agency sales model to support teams at the OEM/NSC level in adapting to the new ways of working. Collaborating with their long-time development partner, DT-Squad, they jointly designed and built a Retail Agency Business simulation tool, a unique proposition of the automotive industry.

The tool has been used as a single simulation with teams of 6 to 10 going through OR combined together to have multiple simulations running.

 

Our largest delivery involved over 140 workstations, 10 simulators and 110 players in a session supported by 15 facilitators.

Readiness Tracker

thebigteam was engaged to programme manage the deployment of a retail agency sales model to multiple brands with over 700 retailers in their network.

During the assignment, the bigteam identified an opportunity to develop with our development partner, DT-Squad, a 'readiness tracker,' which allowed the programme to deploy time-bound tasks to the retail network and monitor/report on their completion.

The retailers used the readiness tracker to see what needed to be done and when moving tasks across a series of Kanban-style boards through to completion.

Audi Cam

Technicians now commonly use videos to show customers issues with their vehicles or provide live commentary during their vehicle health checks.

 

thebigteam pioneered this concept.

thebigteam was commissioned by Audi UK to develop and deliver Audi Cam; we were were first to market.

We designed a solution and partnered with Masters Allen, to build our design. After a successful pilot, we deployed it across the Audi UK retail network.

Audi Cam brought transparency to repairs and was directly responsible for increased workshop upsell.

 

It is now an industry standard. The approach has been deployed by multiple providers and manufacturers.
