The Brief

thebigteam was asked to support an OEM's e-commerce programme implementing the new direct sales channel into the business - engaging the stakeholders in the process.

Approach

Thebigteam always thrives on a change brief. Our opening approach was to complete a stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis in a phase of discovery. The discovery has led us to support the development of the target operating model, support the training development through video how to clips, creation of physical/virtual engagement activities and, most importantly, develop the overall change plan and execute it.
